Spotware Systems is a leading financial technology provider, offering advanced solutions for the trading industry. We are seeking a talented and ambitious Frontend Business Analyst to join us in building a new product aimed at enhancing liquidity management and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and frontend developers to define and document detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Translating business requirements into frontend solutions, creating user stories, wireframes, and mockups if necessary.
• Performing gap analysis between existing frontend functionality and proposed enhancements.
• Validating frontend deliverables through testing and ensuring alignment with initial requirements.
• Maintaining clear and thorough documentation for frontend applications and business workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on frontend or user-facing web applications.
• You use AI not just occasionally, but as a core part of how you think, work, and deliver results. Being AI-augmented is part of what makes you a top performer.
• Proficient in creating wireframes and mockups using Figma.
• Experience with MUI (Material UI) for Figma.
• Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluency in Russian and B1+ in English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with frontend analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis.
