Senior IT Recruiter

Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will attract and hire top talent to support our company's mission and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the end-to-end hiring process, including screening and interviewing applicants, extending offers, and managing the candidate experience
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
• Utilizing various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks to source candidates
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensuring a smooth recruitment process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the specifics of searching for IT specialists.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Fintech industry.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian plus English B2+.
• You use AI not just occasionally, but as a core part of how you think, work, and deliver results. Being AI-augmented is part of what makes you a top performer.
