Spotware is a leading developer of the cTrader trading platform and is now launching an innovative marketplace for developers and creators of algorithmic trading bots. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce and digital products to join our team in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of our new marketplace, driving strategic marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored to digital product marketplaces, ensuring alignment with company goals and the unique needs of the platform.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape, target audience, and emerging trends in the digital marketplace sector.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the marketplace ecosystem, leveraging insights to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product, global marketing and legal teams to deeply understand product offerings and craft effective, targeted marketing communications.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, with a focus on driving marketplace traffic and conversions.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials such as product brochures, press releases, newsletters, and thought leadership content that resonate with both developers and end-users.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure campaign performance, analyse customer behaviour, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Experiment with and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships, to enhance visibility and drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, regularly reporting on campaign effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies, proposing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital product marketplace space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field. A master's degree is advantageous.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly within e-commerce or digital product marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for digital products or marketplaces, from initial concept to full execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, study metrics, and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience in utilizing data to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to anticipate and respond to market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in managing or marketing digital product marketplaces is a significant plus.
