Sales Manager Asia
Spotware Systems is looking for a Sales Manager, based in Malaysia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts while working remotely for our office. The results-driven individual will oversee all sales activities and achieve sales targets. He/she will be responsible for expanding the clientele list in the Asia region, hiring and managing a team of Business Development Managers, and promoting cTrader products across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and oversee a team of Business Development Managers.
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
- Nurture and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with the team to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements
- Based in Malaysia, with the ability to work remotely.
- Fluency in both English and Malay languages.
- Experience in the Financial Industry: B2B or Fintech Providers.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
