Aggregator Unit Head

We are seeking an Aggregator Unit Head to drive the profitability and overall success of a key business unit. The primary KPI for this role is managing and optimizing the P&L of the business unit, ensuring its financial performance and long-term growth.

The Aggregator Unit Head will lead the strategic direction, development, and management of a new product aimed at enhancing liquidity management and execution capabilities. With a strong focus on building efficient processes and strategic planning, the role involves overseeing the product life cycle, fostering key client relationships, and expanding market reach, all while maintaining discretion regarding product specifics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Ownership: Full accountability for the business unit's financial performance, with a focus on maximizing profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Product Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
  • Process Development: Build and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and product delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams including development, sales, and client support.
  • Client Engagement: Manage relationships with institutional clients and key industry partners, ensuring satisfaction and successful product integration.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and opportunities.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting for the unit to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in product management or business leadership within trading technology or financial services.
  • Expertise in liquidity management, execution, or related technologies.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, building processes, and strategic planning.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to drive market expansion and product growth in a fast-paced environment.
