Senior Product Manager (Aggregator)

Spotware Systems is a leading financial technology provider offering innovative trading solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of a liquidity management product, a high-impact strategic initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the product from the ground up, assembling a team, and overseeing the entire technical and strategic development lifecycle. This is a high-visibility role with full ownership of the product’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy for the liquidity management product that aligns with business objectives and market needs.
• Team Building: Assembling a cross-functional product development team, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap.
• Technical Ownership: Overseeing all technical aspects of product development, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and innovative.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
• End-to-End Product Development: Leading the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, launch, and beyond.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Feature Prioritization & Roadmap: Defining and prioritizing product features based on business goals, market demands, and user feedback.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the product complies with all relevant industry regulations and standards, working with legal and compliance teams as necessary.
• KPI & Metrics: Defining product goals, success metrics, and KPIs, and monitor the performance of the product post-launch to ensure it meets targets.
• Customer Feedback & User Experience: Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and working closely with customers to continuously improve the product and address pain points.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech, trading, or liquidity management industry.
• Proven track record of building and launching products from scratch, including technical product ownership.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, liquidity management, and trading platforms.
• Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development processes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in using analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau to make informed product decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
