CRM Marketing Manager

Spotware Systems is seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager, which will be responsible for developing and implementing B2B CRM marketing strategies aimed at acquisition, increasing loyalty among existing clients, retaining them, and re-engaging them. Their primary task will be data collection and integration, client segmentation (brokers and prop firms), developing personalized campaigns and funnels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in B2B, financial, or fintech industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce,, etc.) and marketing automation systems (e.g., MailChimp, Marketo, Zapier), data enrichment services for B2B.
  • Ability to work with large data sets for analyzing B2B client behavior and personalizing offers.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies to enrich existing data sets, enhance data analysis, and create lookalike segments based on current customer profiles.
  • Experience in developing multi-channel personalized marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push).
  • Skills in building dashboards and knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and product teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and understanding of the client life cycle, including the specific nature of B2B interactions with brokers and prop firms.
  • Fluent English, with exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
