Senior Manual QA Engineer (Desktop Team)

Spotware Systems is looking to hire a Senior QA Engineer to join our Windows team. The successful candidate needs to have a sharp eye for detail, and a strong understanding of software testing processes. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of top-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with software development teams, analysts, and product managers to fully understand product specifications and customer requirements.
• Planning and executing comprehensive manual tests, including but not limited to customer scenarios and performance testing.
• Developing and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists that cover all aspects of the product life cycle.
• Tracking any software defects and identifying areas of improvement.
• Ensuring the product aligns with the company's quality standards before release.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance position.
• Desktop application QA experience.
• Experience with QA tools (bug trackers, test plan software, etc).
• Experience with Windows OS, desktop applications.
• Knowledge of methods and processes used in quality assurance of software programs.
• Knowledge and skills in agile methodology.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Russian language and B1+ English level.
