Retention Marketing Lead
Spotware Systems is looking for a dynamic and experienced Retention Marketing Lead to drive and manage co-marketing campaigns with our broker and proprietary trading firm partners. The Retention Marketing Lead will work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that align with our clients and Spotware’s strategic goals. These campaigns will focus on helping clients to increase brand awareness and building knowledge of our core product, cTrader trading platform, among traders. This role will emphasize cost-sharing marketing initiatives and fostering strong relationships with our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Co-Marketing Strategies: Collaborating with brokers and proprietary trading firms to design co-marketing campaigns that align with shared business objectives, with a focus on driving brand awareness among traders and positioning Spotware and cTrader as industry leaders.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Leading the development and implementation of joint marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, webinars, educational content, and events, all aimed at building a stronger understanding of cTrader among traders.
- Budget Management: Overseeing co-marketing budgets, including negotiating cost-sharing agreements and managing shared expenses with clients.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with Customer Success to understand broker needs and ensure marketing initiatives support customer growth, retention, and increased recognition of cTrader among their traders.
- Partner Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with brokers and prop firms, acting as the key point of contact for all co-marketing activities.
- Content Development: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling co-branded marketing assets, such as case studies, co-branded materials, and social media content, to be used in joint campaigns aimed at educating and informing traders about cTrader.
- Compliance & Branding: Ensuring all co-marketing campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain consistency with Spotware’s branding and messaging guidelines to enhance brand visibility and awareness of cTrader among traders.
- Event Support: Organizing and managing joint participation in industry events, including trade shows, hackathons, and online webinars, to maximize visibility for both parties and increase brand knowledge about cTrader among traders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FinTech, brokerage, or trading industry. Experience in managing co-marketing or partnership marketing campaigns is required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and event management. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, with an understanding of cost-sharing and ROI analysis.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and adapt strategies to meet partner and company goals.
