Marketing Specialist (Co-Marketing & Retention)

Spotware Systems is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in forex marketing, IB and affiliate programs, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forex B2C marketing, trader acquisition strategies, and leveraging AI tools. This role focuses on driving cTrader brand awareness, demand generation among traders, and B2B client retention through collaborative initiatives with brokers and their marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing co-marketing campaigns to enhance cTrader brand visibility and generate B2C demand.
  • Segmenting Spotware clients and tailor efforts to maximize co-marketing impact.
  • Creating and maintaining a Clients Marketing Portal for co-marketing materials, leveraging AI tools for dynamic co-branded asset generation.
  • Implementing and analyzing digital advertising strategies for trader acquisition through co-marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with clients’ marketing teams to align cTrader co-marketing efforts and driving referrals for clients IBs.
  • Providing reports to track performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Working with the Customer Success team to integrate co-marketing efforts with client retention and loyalty programs.
  • Launching and maintaining a co-marketing portal with AI-driven tools for co-branded content generation.
  • Maintaining cTrader brand exposure on clients’ websites and social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in forex marketing, with a deep understanding of IB partnerships and trader acquisition strategies.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising (PPC, paid social, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of forex industry dynamics, broker operations, and trader behavior.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results.
  • Fluent English command.
