B2B Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a specialist who combines expertise in B2B Lead Generation and PPC management. The primary focus of this role is lead acquisition through LinkedIn. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing advertising campaigns, reducing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), conducting outreach campaigns, and automating lead generation processes.
You will work closely with content, design, and sales teams, analyze campaign performance, collect and enrich target audience data using B2B services, and create and test high-converting creatives with Generative AI.
Responsibilities:
- Launching and managing PPC campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Developing and executing outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Optimizing the lead generation funnel, including personalized messaging and advertising campaigns.
- Working with analytics to optimize key performance metrics.
- Conducting A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborating with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Working with the sales team to execute outreach campaigns and improve qualified lead rates.
- Using B2B tools to collect and enrich target audience data (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Automating lead generation and marketing processes with Zapier, HubSpot, and other tools.
- Creating and testing advertising creatives using Generative AI tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation (PPC, outreach).
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
- Experience in outreach campaigns via Email and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience using B2B services for data collection and audience enrichment (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Generative AI tools for creating and testing ad creatives.
- Confident use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate with different teams and independently gather necessary information.
- Ability to analyze the market, data, and audience behavior to create effective campaigns.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – working with an international audience.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic thinker.
- Experience in financial markets, FX, or CFD is a plus.
