Marketing Lead – cTrader Store (Algorithms Marketplace)
cTrader Store is a fast-growing marketplace for trading algorithms, indicators and plugins designed for cTrader users. Our mission is to provide traders with cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance their trading strategies. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, boost marketplace visibility, and grow revenue through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Lead for cTrader Store, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract algorithm developers, traders, and affiliates. You’ll leverage your expertise in affiliate marketing, digital goods e-commerce and digital marketing to scale our marketplace and maximize user engagement.
Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition:
- Developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimizing conversion funnels to drive sign-ups, purchases, and developer participation.
- Driving user acquisition through the owned marketing channels, strategic partnerships and community engagement.
- Building relationships with communities, developers, and stakeholders through forums, social media, and events. Partnering with influencers and industry leaders to expand reach. Encouraging user-generated content to drive organic growth.
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing:
- Building and managing an affiliate program to attract high-quality traffic.
- Partnering with trading educators, content creators, and industry experts to promote cTrader Store.
- Tracking and optimizing affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI.
E-commerce & Digital Goods Strategy:
- Developing promotion and sales strategies for marketplace growth.
- Improving product discoverability through SEO, content marketing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Leveraging data analytics to refine product positioning and user retention strategies.
Data-Driven Digital Marketing:
- Analyzing user journeys and providing insights to the product team
- Analyzing marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for cost-efficiency.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Identifying emerging marketing trends in fintech and trading automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital or affiliate marketing within the e-commerce industry (preferably digital goods).
- Proven track record in managing digital ads.
- Experience in affiliate marketing and partner acquisition.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing (SEO, CRO, pricing strategies).
- Data-driven and Analytical mindset
- Experience or a strong passion for financial markets and fintech is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for partnerships and affiliates.
