Lead Recruiter (E-commerce)
We’re looking for a Lead Recruiter with a strong track record in e-commerce recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll lead the recruitment process for critical roles across tech, product, marketing, commercial, operations and customer experience teams. You'll partner with hiring managers, influence talent strategy, and ensure we attract and hire top-tier talent to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on e-commerce or high-growth companies.
- Hunting experience of Executives is a must.
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn, TG channels, niche job boards, etc.).
- Proven success in hiring for a variety of functions (tech, digital marketing, product, sales etc.).
- Managerial experience of small team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven and able to report effectively on hiring progress.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Readiness to work under the pressure of strict deadlines.
- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- Working in an in-house recruitment team within an e-commerce company.
- Experience in both, startups and well established companies.
- Understanding of talent market trends in the e-commerce sector.
