Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to drive the growth and presence of our cTrader product across Latin America, Asia, Pacific, and Europe. This role involves managing and building a team of remote sales managers, representing the company at industry events, developing new markets, and ensuring the effective promotion and sale of cTrader to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand our client base in Latin America, Asia, Pacific, and Europe.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of remote regional sales managers.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is well-versed in the cTrader product and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high levels of productivity and success.

Market Development:

  • Drive the growth and presence of cTrader in the assigned regions.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events, showcasing cTrader and networking with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Lead the development of new markets and regions, establishing a strong foothold for the company in these areas.

Client Engagement:

  • Engage with institutional clients to understand their needs and promote the value of cTrader.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with mandatory experience in the trading industry.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Experience in representing a company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently as required.
