Head of Product (Mobile)

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Product (Mobile) to lead and shape the strategy, design, and development of cTrader mobile (CFD trading platform). In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end mobile product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver innovative mobile experiences that drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

  • Define and communicate the cTrader mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the mobile product strategy to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Product Development:

  • Oversee the development of mobile product features, ensuring they meet customer needs, deliver value, and align with business goals.
  • Lead product discovery processes, working with user research, data analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Manage product roadmaps, set clear priorities, and track progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

 Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the mobile product team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and customer support teams to create seamless mobile experiences and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Act as the voice of the user within the company, advocating for user-centric designs and features in all stages of development.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan product launches, drive user adoption, and increase mobile app retention.

Metrics & Analytics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of mobile products and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive product decisions, optimize user experience, and enhance product performance.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior and market trends to refine product strategy and roadmap.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Present product vision, roadmap, and results to executive leadership, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of leadership experience specifically in mobile product development.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer mobile  apps across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, app store optimization, and mobile performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with international mobile product markets and localization strategies.
  • Portfolio with launched mobile apps.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of mobile product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in mobile app development tools, analytics platforms, and product management software.
